This mechanism is intended strictly for reporting concerns covered under the Company’s Whistle Blower Policy, including unethical behaviour, actual or suspected fraud or violations of the Company’s Code of Ethics & Conduct. It is not meant for lodging customer complaints, investor grievances, general service-related issues, HR related complaints or complaints relating to sexual harassment. Complaints relating to sexual harassment should be reported through the mechanism prescribed under the Company’s Policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). All other concerns should be raised through the respective and appropriate channels/platforms designated by the Company.

Requests/notices from agencies/government departments/courts etc. should be addressed to the Company at regulatorynotices@infoedge.com. Any such communications sent to the above mentioned e-mail id designated for whistle blower complaints may result in delays in response and handling.
