Info Edge (India) Limited (Info Edge) is a leading provider of online recruitment, matrimonial, real estate and educational classifieds and related services in India. Our business is managed primarily through five divisions, which comprise online recruitment classified division (operating through www.naukri.com) , online matrimonial classified division (operating through www.jeevansathi.com) , online real estate classified division (operating through www.99acres.com), offline executive search division (operating through our Quadrangle division, www.quadranglesearch.com) and online educational classifieds division (www.shiksha.com).

The Company to address the middle east job market had launched www.naukrigulf.com. The company also launched a career counseling and guidance site (www.asknaukri.com), a professional networking site (www.brijj.com), a real estate brokerage business (www.allcheckdeals.com) and a fresher hiring site (www.firstnaukri.com).

Info Edge has established and currently maintains a network of 60 offices located in 40 cities throughout India. These offices primarily engage in sales, marketing and payment collection activities for our business divisions. To cater to the Gulf market we have 2 offices in Dubai and 1 in Bahrain and Riyadh each. As on March 31, 2009, our employee strength was about 1,676 persons.

The company undertakes investments in companies / start-up ventures. In the year 2007-08 the company committed to invest in Studyplaces Inc, USA (www.studyplaces.com). In the year 2008-09 the company committed to invest in Applect Learning Systems Pvt Limited (www.meritnation.com) and Etechaces Consulting and Marketing Pvt Limited (www.policybazaar.com).

We currently have five subsidiaries, Naukri Internet Services Private Limited and Jeevansathi Internet Services Private Limited, which own internet domain names and related trademarks used in our business, Allcheckdeals India Pvt Limited which provides brokerage services in the Indian real estate sector, Info Edge (India) Mauritius Limited for making Overseas Investments of the Company and Info Edge USA Inc.
