Prior to joining Info Edge, Mr. Kapoor was Chief Operating Officer for Timex Group USA, Inc. until May 2013. He was Managing Director of the publicly held Timex Group India Limited from October 2000 and, till October 2009, was Senior Vice President of the Asia-Pacific Region for the Timex Group. He continues to serve as Vice Chairman of Timex Group India Limited.
Mr. Kapoor started his professional career in 1987 with Nestle India Limited. He later worked with Bausch & Lomb, where he was part of the startup team that launched RayBan sunglasses and the Bausch & Lomb vision care range in India. He subsequently went on to manage the overseas marketing territories of Russia, Ukraine and East Africa in addition to the SAARC region. In 1996, Mr. Kapoor relocated to Thailand as the Country Manager for Bausch & Lomb and was promoted to Commercial Director in 1998 with regional responsibility for South East Asia and the SAARC region.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
Mr. Bikhchandani’s work experience includes an advertising position at Lintas India Limited, a marketing position at HMM Limited (now known as Glaxo SmithKline), and a senior management position at CMYK Printech Private Limited (owner of The Pioneer newspaper). Along with his partner, Mr. Hitesh Oberoi, he won the Ernst and Young – Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008 for Business Transformation. He also won the Dataquest Pathbreaker Award and the Teacher’s Achievement Award for Business in 2008. He is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship at conferences and at business schools.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Stephen College, Delhi University in 1984 and a PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad in 1989.
Mr. Oberoi set up the Info Edge sales and marketing operations and has been instrumental in launching new products and services at naukri.com apart from helping set up jeevansathi.com, 99acres.com, shiksha.com and other new businesses. Prior to joining Info Edge, Mr. Oberoi was the Regional Planning and Distribution Manager (North India) for the Ice Cream Division of Hindustan Lever Limited, the Indian arm of Unilever Plc, where he worked for almost four years. Along with his partner, Mr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, he won the Ernst and Young – Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008 for Business Transformation.
He obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi in 1994 and an MBA from IIM Bangalore in 1996. At IIM, he featured in the Director's Merit List.
Mr. Thakkar is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has around two-and-a-half decades of experience in Finance, Consulting and Operations. His experience includes creating innovative business models, joint ventures, structuring of transactions, merger and acquisition integration, fund raising, capital structuring, licensing models and large deals ranging right from software licenses to real estate.
Prior to joining Info Edge in 2014, he worked with Computer Associates.
Mr. Duggal is a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital, a major private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco. He is Chairman of Board of Directors of companies such as Shriram Capital, Shriram Transport Finance Company, Shriram Properties, Shriram City Union Finance, Shriram EPC and Bellwether Microfinance Fund. He is the Vice Chairman of International Asset Reconstruction Company.
He is on the Board of Directors as Chairman, Audit Committee of Jubilant Energy, Netherlands, Patni Computers, and Mortice Limited (Singapore), and member of the Board of Fidelity Fund Management, Ecron Acunova, Zuari Industries, Dish TV and Mundra Port. He is a member of the Investment Committee of Axis Private Equity. He has served as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce, India, and on the Board of Governors of the National Institute of Bank Management.
Mr. Duggal is a Visiting Professor at IIM-Ahmedabad where he teaches a course on Venture Capital & Private Equity. He is involved in several initiatives in social and education sectors, and is a Trustee of the Centre for Civil Society, New Delhi, which focuses on improving the quality and access of education to students especially for the poor.
He is an experienced international banker and has advised companies and financial institutions on financial strategy, M&A and capital raising. He has worked for 26 years with the Bank of America, mostly in the U.S., Hong Kong and Japan. From 2001 to 2003, he was Chief Financial Officer of HCL Technologies, India.
A Mechanical Engineer from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Mr. Duggal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad.
A Mechanical Engineer from IIT-Delhi, Mr. Duggal holds an MBA from IIM-Ahmadabad. He is a U.S. national and an Overseas Citizen of India, and spends time in both countries.
Currently, Mr. Malik is the George Van Ness Lothrop Professor of Engineering at Princeton University and the Chair of the Department of Electrical Engineering. Previously he served as the Director of the Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education at Princeton University (2006-11) and the Director of the multi-university Gigascale Systems Research Center (2009-12).
His research focuses on design methodology and design automation for computing systems. He has received the DAC Award for the most cited paper in the 50-year history of the conference (2013), the CAV Award for fundamental contributions to the development of high-performance Boolean satisfiability solvers (2009), the ICCAD Ten Year Retrospective Most Influential Paper Award (2011), the Princeton University President’s Award for Distinguished Teaching (2009), as well as several other research and teaching awards. In 2009, he received the IIT Delhi Distinguished Alumni Award.
He has served on the Technical Advisory Board of several hi-tech companies with successful exits: Flarion Technologies acquired by Qualcomm, Jasper Design Automation acquired by Cadence and Axys Design Automation acquired by ARM.
Mr. Malik received his B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Delhi and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Srivastava is one of India's leading IT entrepreneurs, angel investors and venture capitalists. He chairs or sits on the board of several companies. He founded one of India's most trendsetting IT companies, Xanza Plc. (previously IIS Infotech). Xansa plc. is a US$600 million IT company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Srivasatva chairs Infinity, India's leading seed-stage VC fund, as also the Indian Venture Capital Association; he sits on the boards of several of India's central and state governments' VC funds. He is a co-founder and past Chairman of NASSCOM; President of The Indus Entrepreneurs ("TiE"), Delhi and on the global board of TiE, the world's largest organization devoted to entrepreneurs. He is on the advisory board of the Imperial College, Business School London, and an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at IIT-Bombay. IIT-Kanpur has conferred the Distinguished Alumnus award on him.

Ms. Deshpande has served as Senior Managing Director with Mumbai-based New Enterprise Associates (India) Pvt. Ltd. since 2008. Prior to this, she was Director of Investments at ICICI Ventures. At ICICI Venture, she used her operational experience to identify opportunities for investment and to play a strategic role in shaping the future of investee companies. She launched leading e-commerce ventures such as Traveljini and BillJunction and was a Director at Subhiksha, Pantaloon Retail, Air Deccan, Nagarjuna Construction, Welspun and TechProcess Solutions. Her private equity experience has seen the full cycle from nurturing young companies to executing over 10 exits including IPO, buy-back, strategic sale, and capital market divestments. Prior to ICICI Venture, Ms. Deshpande worked with leading multinational companies such as Bestfoods, Cadburys, and ICI. She was a part of the Strategic Planning Team at Bestfoods and was also nominated for the Women Leadership Forum held at Bestfoods, New York.
Ms. Deshpande has a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Dr. Gupta is widely regarded as a computer science expert in the areas of shape, motion, image understanding and AI research. His Ph.D. thesis, "Recovering Shape and Motion from a Sequence of Images” was nominated for the ACM Distinguished Dissertation award.
Dr. Gupta was Managing Director of Adobe's India Research and Development Center that he started from concept in 1997, till March 31, 2015; it has since grown to be the second largest Adobe R&D campus worldwide. Dr. Gupta is also responsible for the Print and Classis Publishing Business Unit at Adobe. In this role, he oversees product marketing and development for Adobe's standalone print, web publishing and e-learning tools such as Adobe® PostScript®, Adobe® Contribute™, Adobe Captivate™, and Adobe Technical Communications Suite software. His organization serves a broad and established base of customers who are publishing content on paper, electronically or over the Web.
Prior to joining Adobe, Dr. Gupta served as principal scientist and director of the applied artificial intelligence (AI) group at LNK Corp., a company funded by the U.S. Department of Defense to develop solutions for image and pattern recognition, target tracking, data mining, data fusion and compression.
Dr. Gupta is a B. Tech in Computer Science from IIT-Kanpur, where he was named a Gold Medalist. He holds Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
